Bellevue, WA. The Seacat Profiler samples its sensors at a programmable rate up to 2 "scans" per second providing the ability to characterize the water column with high accuracy and half-second resolution. Chlorophyll a fluorescence was measured using the in situ fluorometer with the range set at X1 (Output is 0 - 5 Volts, 5 Volts = 30 ug/l). A time constant of 3 seconds was selected to smooth the output data.
