Drifter data from Cruise LAGR-1998-092.

Drifter:  ClearSat-1 Surface Layer Drifter with Center of Effort approximately
1 m below the surface. Built by Clearwater Instrumentaion.

Each drifter was deployed by USCG helicopter and retrieved when conditions
dictated.

Each data file contains only GPS positions.  The files have been edited 
and interpolated to hourly positions.  For ease of use all files begin at 
the same time.

File Format:
Col 1: decimal day GMT
Col 2: lat (dec)
Col 3: long (dec)
Col 4: distance (m)
Col 5: speed (m/s)

Distance and speed are calculated over the previous hour.  Therefore, the
first record shows a 0 for both the distance and speed columns.
