The arrays drifted with the current for 20 days and trajectories were tracked via satellite. The arrays consisted of a surface float and transponder, a drogue at 5m below the surface, and a sequential trap sampler and transmissometer mounted on a frame at 8m depth. The arrays were weighted with a chain and 4# anchor and had sub-surface floatation above and below the drogue. Trap data is not being reported as the flux data was not considered to be quantitative.
