Eadie" Subject: EEGLE & KITES All-Hands meeting I'm back on this topic, finally. So far we've agreed that the week of Oct 12 is best and I am advocating for ease of access rather than a retreat. The latter sites are difficult to get to and I know that the academics are busy teaching - so the less time the better. There is a nice Hotel between Ann Arbor and the Detroit airport that I am going to investigate however I do need some consensus on what we will need. *** Please comment on my guesses / suggestions below by the end of next week. Thanks 1. Approximately 60 attendees (there were 42 at Milwaukee) thus a plenary room for 75 2. About 40 out-of-towners, so a block of 40 rooms (I'll try for Gov't rate discount) 3.
