Eadie" Subject: Agenda for All-hands meeting; Oct 14-16 Cc: Colleen Vogler , Liu@genie.glerl.noaa.gov Our agenda is presented below. We want to foster discussion and ask that all talks be informal. We're not rigid with regard to times, but ask that presenters try to restrict themselves to less than 15 minute presentations of their objectives, progress to date and plans for 1999. We'll be providing a map to north campus, but parking is limited and suggest car pooling. Folks can meet at GLERL, which is across the street from the motels, and leave for the meeting from there. It's only half a mile or so. We've purposly scheduled long breaks and lunches to promote discussions. We have also arranged optional dinners for Wednesday and Thursday evenings at resturants with seperate rooms for us, again to promote discussion. I encourage everyone to attend. FYI - our ASLO session looks like it will be a full day - we have 23 presentations and 10 posters, about 60% EEGLE and KITES. Thanks - see you all in Ann Arbor in a few weeks. If anyone needs anything, e-mail me - I'm on travel the week before our meeting, but will check e-mail. If you can't get me, try Margarte Lansing (734 741- 2210) or Greg Lang (741-2250) Start Time (min) Topic Presenter Wednesday, Oct 14 EEGLE only, but open to all Laurie Engineering Building Room (?) 10:00 Coffee 10:30 EEGLE Plenary 15 . 1999 STRATEGIC Overview Eadie ..
