It contains once-daily forecasts extending out for 48 hours for 3 domains - a 45 km resolution domain covering the CONUS and adjacent regions, a 15 km domain covering the Great Lakes region and a 5 km domain focused on Lake Michigan. The URL is: http://sanders.geo.uwm.edu/~realtime/rt_home.html and it can also be reached through links on my observations page at: http://www.uwm.edu/~roebber/obs.html The 5 km domain has been particularly interesting of late (last week), where it nailed the subtle lake effect snow bands that set up on the western shore. I plan to use the model to give good short-range (1-2 day) guidance in support of field folks this winter-spring for EEGLE and next spring-summer for KITES. But feel free to use it for your own purposes as well! Don't complain about the weather - anticipate it! Cheers, Paul J.
