Dear All,

We discovered a computer programming error which caused the second animation in
our paper about the 1998 plume event ('Modeling a Coastal Turbidity Plume in
Lake Michigan') to depict bottom shear stress instead of suspended sediment
concentration as described in the figure legend. This error also affected
Figure 6 which depicts snapshots from the suspended sediment concentration
animation. The correct versions of the animation and figure are available on
our ftp server at ftp://ftp.glerl.noaa.gov/schwab/ecss. We're sorry for the
inconvenience.

Sincerely,

... Dave Schwab
