Subject: Fall KITES/EEGLE meeting

Dear CoOP Steering Committee members,

Elise and I would like to propose that the next joint KITES/EEGLE meeting
be held in Minneapolis on October 28-29-30.  On those dates we can get a
group rate of $109 ($119 for doubles) for 75 rooms at the Radisson on the
UM campus.  Meeting rooms are available on campus (2 blocks from the
Radisson).  This hotel is centrally located near campus resturants and
shopping area.
Minneapolis is convenient for MTU, Duluth, and Wisconsin PIs, and is a hub
city for others.

If the place, but not the dates look good, we can check into other time blocks.
