In this case, the winds behind the storm look to be more NNW. At this point, it does not look like sustained winds of more than 25 knots are in the cards for that system. Next storm sets up for late in the week (Thursday, March 25), with decent northerlies possible (up to 30 knots). Following that, there are indications of a more substantial storm for 28-29 March, with a strong storm tracking to our south and bringing easterlies changing to northerlies of order 30+ knots. This last storm is well into the future, so all the usual caveats apply. Paul Roebber
