Subject: Additional Met data added

EEGLErs,

I've added 5 new data sets to the EEGLE database.  These are additions to
the Met data I added a couple of days ago.   Again, these data are not
directly generated within EEGLE, but may serve as ancillary data.

These data include a Coast Guard station (0Y2), 2 NDBC data buoys (45002
and 45007), and 2 EEGLE Met Towers (Michigan City, IN = G_MCD, and St
Joeseph, MI = G_STJ).

(This was renamed from land_stations.gif due to the inclusion of buoys)
