Eadie" Subject: All-Hands agenda - draft The all-hands meeting is now settled for Thurs-Sat, Oct 27-30. I am suggesting the following as our agenda - this is for comments: Day 1 Three group meetings from 8:00 - 2:00 Physical + modelers Sediment + modelers Ecology + modelers at 2:00 we'll reconvene in EEGLE plenary and have a 30 minute synthesis presentation from each group, then discussion Finally have a practice for the EEGLE summary presentation to be given on Friday Day 2 (Friday) 1 summary presentation from EEGLE and KITES Posters from all PIs WE NEED TO KNOW HOW MANY so that poster boards / tables can be ordered. Please let me know what you will need. We'll probably be able to have some discussions - we won't all be at posters all day Day 3 AM - Meet in small groups to discuss sampling strategy, cruise plans, comments from reviewers. Suggestions for groups ? PM - ? feedback from reviewers ? Plenary We would like to get all of the EEGLE Poster materials in electronic form so that we can generate a copy of everything for each PI in a page-size format. NSF would like some recommendations of names of Great Lakes experts to assist in the review process. Formally this is not a review, bit a chance for mid-course corrections and information for the NSF-CoOP Steering Committee.
