Subject: NEW and Revised EEGLE CTD Data

EEGLErs,

I just added 9 new ctd data sets to the EEGLE Data page.  These correspond
to 2 1999 Shenehon cruises (surv-1999-116 and surv-1999-229).  Water Temp,
Conductivity, Beam Attenuation, and Fluorescence were measured.

The object name for all of these files is "CTD"; they can be accessed as
follows:
Data Type = CTD
Year = 1999
Cruises = surv-1999-116, surv-1999-229
Stations = J15, J45, J80, M15, M45, M110
Transects = St. Joseph, Muskegon
Parameters = WTemp, Cond, Beam_Atten, CHL
Project No. =11

Andy asked me to replace 23 1998 ctd files with new & improved versions.
These files correspond to 2 Laurentian cruises (surv-1998-068 and
sed-1998-114).  He replaced the parameter "percent transmission" with the
more standard "Beam Attenuation", and added the Beam Attenuation to TSM
regression coefficients.  To access these 23 files simply select the data
files for Cruise = "surv-1998-068" or "sed-1998-114" and re-sort by "Type"
- the CTD file will be grouped together
