Subject: new EEGLE Met data

EEGLErs,

I've added 5 new data sets to the EEGLE database.  These data contain1998
meteorological timeseries data recorded at 5 airports around Lake Michigan.
These stations are considered ancillary.  The stations are:
met-1998-BIV.lmd     BIV    42 45.00  86 06.00  Holland MI
met-1998-ENW.lmd     ENW    42 36.00  87 56.40  Kenosha WI
met-1998-PWK.lmd     PWK    42 07.20  87 54.00  Chicago/Wheeling IL
met-1998-RAC.lmd     RAC    42 45.60  87 49.20  Racine WI
met-1998-VPZ.lmd     VPZ    41 27.00  87 00.00  Valparaiso IN
