Subject: new eegle data - 1999 DOC and bacterial abund & prod

Jim Cotner has submitted 3 new data sets from the pre-plume
(surv-1999-046), plume (surv-1999-067), and post-plume (surv-1999-154) 1999
Lake Guardian cruises.

These files contain DOC, bacterial abundance, and bacterial production.

The object names for all of these files are "Bacteria".

These data can be access by selecting any of the following:

Cruise = surv-1999-046, surv-1999-067, surv-1999-154
Stations = Many
Transect = Muskegon, Saugatuck, St_Joseph, Gary, Chicago, Racine
