Current indications are that it will initially pass NW of Lake Michigan, but a secondary redevelopment will occur to the southeast that might shift some of the stronger winds closer to the lake late Wednesday-early Thursday. IMPORTANT CAVEAT: This sequence of events is rather complicated and hence subject to considerable deviation from the currently envisioned scenario. For example, there is a reasonably high probability that the secondary redevelopment will not occur as indicated above such that the whole system will pass well NW and produce only limited northerlies across Lake Michigan, with the strongest winds over Lake Superior and NW Ontario - stay tuned for further updates next week!
