A fast moving storm brushes south of Lake Michigan on Sunday, yielding a brief period of NE winds around 20 knots. Next chance after that is mid-week, when we may have an extended period of E-NE winds with a strong gradient between a cold anticyclone in Canada and a developing cyclone in the SW and central U.S. Believe it or not (given our current weather conditions), this one has the potential to produce a substantial snowstorm in this area!
