Winds lighten briefly tonight, then pick up again to N 10-20 knots in the southern portion of the lake as a cyclone passes south of the area. Cyclone passage next Wednesday with a possibility of stronger northerlies behind it. The forecasts are still quite variable in terms of track and intensity. We'll probably need to wait until Monday to get a clearer fix on that one. Longer range (9 days) is suggesting that we'll go back to strong southerlies similar to what we had earlier this week.
