You MUST make your reservations by AUGUST 14 to get our conference rates - the reservation request is on the web site. Here is an ACTION ITEM for all - we want to prepare a workbook for the meeting with useful information about every project. As a minimum we want a ONE PAGE SUMMARY of each PIs (or group if more appropriate) effort in EEGLE. I've attached a model for my trapping efforts - please keep this summary to a page. We request that you provide this information electronically, if at all possible, no later than SEPTEMBER 1. In addition, please include any figures (with, for example, sufficient legend for a biologist to understand the physics), tables, text, reprints, preprints, etc that you would like your collaborators to have access to. We will try to include everything in the workbook. The goal is to provide easy access to information and foster communication. We will also use the information provided to create the summary presentation for the first day of the meeting. The program mgmt team will orchastrate the presentation and we'll be asking for comments and clarification from the PIs during the presentation. Again the goal is to foster active and interdisciplinary discussions. Looking forward to seeing everyone at the Homestead.
