The metafile for the PSS data is at: http://www.glerl.noaa.gov/eegle/data/2000/pss_vanderploeg/pss3.met The earlier cruise included PSS Tows along the St. Joe and Muskegon transects. The later cruise included PSS tows along the St. Joe and Muskegon transects and at the Deep Water station, and PSS-CTD casts at C45 and C80. The PSS Tows include Water Temp, Light Atten, PAR, Derived Chl Fluorescence, Zoop Counts & Biomass, Water Depth, and Dist from Shore.
