Subject: Foreign Nationals at ANL Mtg / Posters

EEGLE-KITES PIs:

  So far I have received only 3 requests for clearance from foreign
nationals who expect to attend the 11/30-12/1 meeting at Argonne. 
Please be sure that any members of your group who are not US citizens
and who want to attend the meeting contact me by October 16.
  
  In order to arrange for space, I need to have a pretty good estimate
of how many posters will be on display.  Because 25 students have asked
for NSF travel support and because presenting a poster is a condition of
receiving that support, I assume that there will be at least 25.  Please
let me know as soon as possible if anyone else in your group is planning
on presenting a poster.
