The co-chairs are program managers of EEGLE, KITES, WEST and COAST - all of the active NSF CoOP programs. We look forward to an interesting set of papers - I hope that you consider participating. If you can think of anyone who would be an interesting contributer from outside the CoOP universe, please let me,or Sarah, know and we'll get in touch with them. FYI - the abstract that we submitted for the session is attached.
