The program is written in IDL and unix shell script. This database program allows me to sort by author, as well as group by year and by project. A typical entry looks like: Number: J3 Author: Cotner, J.B., M.L. Ogdahl, and B.A. Biddanda Year: 2001 Title: Double-strained DNA measurement in lakes with the fluorescent stain PicoGreen and application to bacterial bioassays Journal: Aquatic Microbial Ecology Pages: 25:65-74 Link: http://www.glerl.noaa.gov/eegle/products/Cotner_AME_2001.pdf Projects: 9 Type: Journal-Published So... The main pubs page is still at: http://www.glerl.noaa.gov/eegle/products/pubs.html But, at the top of this page you will find links to the the pubs for the individual years. In addition, Each project page will now have the exact same information and layout as the main pubs page, except limited to that project. See for example, http://www.glerl.noaa.gov/eegle/projects/p05 The database program is not set up to be accessed by users, so for now, continue to send me any updated or new pubs as you have in the past. All of the associated pubs pages will then be automatically updated. In the near future I will do the same for EEGLE presentations. Greg
