Subject: eegle pubs --> endnote format

FYI (no need to do anything),

Per a suggestion by Dave Schwab, I've written a program to convert my EEGLE pubs 
database to an equivalent ascii file that can be imported into EndNote 4.  If you 
use EndNote, you may find this useful.

It utilizes the following tags:
%0  = reference type (Journal Article, Conference Proceedings, Thesis)
%A = Author (repeats for additional authors)
%D = year
%T = title
%J = journal name
%V = volume
%P = pages (or "Submitted", or "In Press")
