Subject: Follow-up: JGR special issue

As a follow-up to Brian's recent email re the JGR Special Issue, 
I've created a page to list and make available the submitted manuscripts, 
and to track their status.  This page and the manuscripts are limited to 
EEGLE-KITES PIs (similar to the EEGLE data area).  Note: Until these 
manuscripts are accepted, they should be treated as draft manuscripts, 
not to be distributed outside the EEGLE/KITES project.

So far, I've received two manuscripts.  Keep 'em coming.
