LOCATION:  On the Alpena Harbor Light

WebCam:
The webcam uses an Axis HD network camera and shares the met station wireless bridge.  
An internet process at GLERL periodically downloads a moderately compressed 720P resolution 
image.  The image resolution and location (PTZ) can be adjusted from GLERL.  The camera 
orientation is south, with 180 degree PTZ functionality.  The camera is currently preset 
with 4 views facing the LaFarge channel, Thunder Bay, the south Alpena channel break wall, 
and the base of the Alpena light.  A script at GLERL moves the camera to these presets 
prior to capturing an image.
