Major Duties
Incumbent serves as Chief of Technology and Scientific Support Branch. Supervises and coordinates support staff to provide best support to science programs at GLERL. The Branch Chief is a member of the GLERL management team and provides advice and support to the Director for day-to-day management and long-range planning for laboratory. Is responsible for creating, planning and developing, executing and reporting on research and technology projects.

The Grade 14 position has promotional potential to the Grade 15. Also, veterans who are preference-eligible or who have been separated from the armed forces under honorable conditions after 3 or more years of continuous active service may apply under STATUS announcements.
