PM: Improvements in the seasonal prediction as measured by: (1) The RMS error in the El Nino3 SST (2) the forecast lead time

Milestone: The impact of climate change on water resources will be evaluated through a regional coupled model prediction of Great Lakes water resources under greenhouse warming.
