07/05/2011. USL Nowcast was changed to a 3hr timespan & to run 8 times a day.

09/21/2011. USL Forecast was added to cron (48hr timespan, runs 8 times a day).

10/14/2011. USL Nowcast & Forecast were migrated to their current location.

10/27/2011. HTML pages for http://www.glerl.noaa.gov/res/usl/ were adapted from
            www.glerl.noaa.gov/res/hecwfs2/.

11/04/2011. Web page made available online for those with NOAA login at
            www.glerl.noaa.gov/inhouse/res/usl/.

11/10/2011. The data being gathered from the Ogdensburg gauge is now at 6
            minute intervals instead of 1 hour intervals.

11/15/2011. Web page made publicly available at www.glerl.noaa.gov/res/usl/.

11/16/2011. Recent USL Nowcast & Forecast output files were made available at
            www.glerl.noaa.gov/ftp/EMF/usl/ (in NetCDF format).

01/18/2012. Longterm Outflows plot altered to display last 365 days worth of
            data in lieu of displaying data from only the current year.

02/24/2012. The data being gathered from the ogdensburg gauge is back to being
            gathered at 1 hour intervals again due to unreliability of 6
            minute data's source.

09/18/2012. All IDL scripts used in the execution process of this model have
            been redone in Python.

10/03/2012. Animations have been changed from FLC movies to javascript.
