The files contained within the archive "OriginalFiles.zip" are the files that were 
provided with the original report in 1993.  Updated data are now available and are
found in the "UpdatedFiles" folder.  Please use those data, as there have been many
improvements in both the amount of station data used and in the methods employed to
compute areal estimates.

This archive is provided simply for historical/archival completeness.
