Rooms are being reserved for 11/29 and 11/30. Reservations may be made using the On-Line Registration Form or by phone (800) 632-8990. His telephone number is 630-252-4208, and his Division is Environmental Research Division.
For those who will be sharing rooms for which someone else has already registered, please register yourself as well, stating "Sharing room with XXXX - already booked" in the space for "Any special needs?"
For those who will not be staying on-site, Barry must have the same information specified on the form sent to him as soon as possible -- no later than 11/13.
ALL foreign nationals (including permanent residents) MUST contact Barry by phone or by e-mail (see below) to receive special instructions no later than Oct. 15. Foreign nationals who are citizens of sensitive countries will have to have an index check completed and, depending on the result, may be denied access to the site (unlikely, but possible).
