The files in this directory contain drifter track data for a series of drifters that 
were deployed in western Lake Erie in 1986.  These "ei" files represent hourly interpolated location data.

There were three main deployments:
On or about Sep 03, 1986; Sep 23, 1986; Oct 17, 1986

File header is as follows:
