    where YYYY = Year
          MM   = Month
          DD   = Day
          HH   = Hour (UTC)
          MM   = Minute

Data Format - 1 line per sample, 2 samples per second:

    *0001p.pppp

    where "*0001" = header tag
          p.pppp  = Pressure (psia) with 1-3 digits before the decimal
