The anemometer was mis-aligned on the buoy until it was serviced.

Buoy was serviced on 6/28/2012 from about 15:00 to 15:35.

Wind direction data from buoy deployment on 5/16/2012 up to 6/28/2012 15:00
need to be corrected by subtracting 38 degrees from the wind direction.

Wind direction data after 6/28/2012 15:35 is OK.
