One record per line in comma-separated values:

  Time stamp as YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM:SS
  AST (Acoustic Surface Tracking) = Distance to surface (mm)
  ICE = Distance to bottom of ice (mm)

All times are UTC
Sensor located 0.5 m above water bottom
Sensors are measured once every second
Sensors are averaged over a 60 minute interval

NOTE: Nortek meter flipped over from 2019/02/21 03:00 thru 2019/11/06 19:00 so
      data in that time is invalid
