Originally the 2018 data had flow into Lake Michigan as negative values.  After
the ADCP was refurbished and re-installed in 2019 the orientation was changed
so that flow into Lake Michigan is now positive.  So as to not be confusing,
the sign (and comments) in the 2018 CSV data file was changed so that positive
flow is now into Lake Michigan.  The sensor format data (the raw data) has not
been changed.
