Central point of contact (POC) for civilian personnel administrative policies, procedures and requirements for the NOAA Great Lakes Environmental Research Laboratory (GLERL).

Conduct studies on operations, using qualitative and quantitative methods in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel to identify accomplishments and inefficiencies; analyze findings and submit reports with recommendations for corrective action and/or solutions. Most findings are centered on the need for new technology to improve information sharing among management, and solutions include implementation of Google Suite for collaboration.
