As you approach Ann Arbor on US-23 South, follow signs for M-14 East/US-23 South, a left exit (towards Toledo). After a short distance, M-14 and US-23 will split, with US-23 South going off to the right. Follow signs for US-23 South towards Toledo and continue to Exit 35 (I-94 exit). Take I-94 West (towards Chicago) to Exit 177 (State St., ~2.3 mi) and at the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto S. State Rd. Go ~1.5 miles to 4840 S. Note: State St. becomes State Rd. near the I-94 overpass. The entrance to GLERL is on the right (west) side of S. State Rd after you pass the Ann Arbor Airport, and just after you pass “Devon Self Storage” (also on your right). Do not be confused by a building labeled “4840” visible on the left (east) side of S. State Rd. opposite the entrance to GLERL's parking lot. That building is not actually on S. State Rd. and is not GLERL.
